Tup Tup Baby was born out of love and a mom’s determination to make life easier. Our founder, Aparajitha Balamurukan, faced the everyday struggles of dressing her little one and knew there had to be a simpler way. After nearly a year of research, trials, and testing, she created India’s first smart magnetic snap clothing line, designed to take the stress out of dressing.

Crafted from silky-soft bamboo fabric, every Tup Tup Baby piece is gentle on delicate skin while making changes quick, easy, and fuss-free. She believes that every baby deserves the very best and every mom deserves ease, not struggle. With Tup Tup Baby, she hopes to be a helping hand in every mom’s journey, making dressing your little one a moment of joy, not a challenge.

Yes, the prices on the website is inclusive of taxes. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above INR 2500 and free international shipping on all orders above INR 10000.

We offer all major payment solutions, such as credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI.

Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that have end to end encryption and two factor authentication. At no point during the payment process do we manage your bank/card details neither do we store your bank/card details after the order is placed.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Please double check your order details ( Size, style and shipping address ) before completing your purchase.

No. All our fabric go through the shrinkage process at time of dyeing and printing.

At Tup Tup Baby, we take great care to ensure every piece is made with love and attention to detail. As a small business, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind, size issues, or general dissatisfaction.

We will gladly accept a return or exchange only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage.

Here’s how it works:
• Report within 7 days – Please contact us at hello@tuptupbaby.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide details – Share your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description.

• Return approval – Once we verify the issue, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Shipping costs for the return may be covered if the item is confirmed defective.

• We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care or washing.

Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days of placing the order.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Notifications: You’ll receive both an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

• Safe for Families: According to the World Health Organization, exposure to static magnets has not been proven to have harmful (or beneficial) effects on people.

• Securely Sewn: Our magnets are stitched securely between layers of fabric using innovative tech , making them inaccessible to babies, toddlers, and siblings. It would take significant tampering to remove them.

• Regular Checks: We recommend periodically inspecting seams and fabric near magnetic fasteners. If you notice tears, rips, or loose stitching, discontinue use and contact us.

Safety Testing & Standards

• Independently Tested: All Tup Tup Baby products go through rigorous safety testing and comply with all applicable children’s product safety standards.

• Lead & Phthalate Free: Our garments are completely free of lead and phthalates and meet global safety requirements.

• Pacemaker Safe: Our magnets are not strong enough to interfere with pacemakers. However, if you or a caregiver has a pacemaker, consult a physician before use.

Sleepwear Standards

• Our pajamas follow children’s sleepwear safety guidelines. They are snug-fitting rather than treated with flame retardants, keeping them safe without added chemicals.

Care Instructions

• Close all magnetic clasps before washing to prevent them from sticking to the washing machine.

• Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors.

• For stubborn stains, use a baby-safe stain remover and wash at up to 40°C if necessary.

• Avoid fabric softeners — they leave a coating that reduces fabric breathability and makes it harder to clean.

• Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low for no more than 30 minutes. Lay flat if still damp.

• Do not bleach. Steam iron on low if needed (avoid direct heat on magnetic areas).
